Q. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

A. Only customers in NJ will have to pay 7% sales tax which will be calculated at checkout.


Q. What types of Payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, debit cards and PayPal.  


Q. Where is your jewelry shipped from?

A. From NJ

Q. Are your pieces made in the U.S.?

A. Yes, all of our jewelry designs are made by us in the U.S.


Q. Do I have to create an account in order to place an order on your website?

A. No, you don't have to create an account in order to make a purchase. Just simply choose "Guest Checkout" under "Checkout Options."


Q. Do you have a brick and Mortar store?

A. No, currently we do not have a brick and Mortar store.

Q. Do you carry other brands?

A. No, All jewelry that we sell have been designed and made by us.


Q. How often do you add new products to your website? 

A. We add new products on a weekly basis so check back often to see what's new.

 

Q. Coupon Codes and Voucher Codes: Where can I find the coupon and voucher code boxes? I don’t see them at checkout.

A. Simply hover over the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner and a box will pop up that gives you the choice to “View Cart” or “Checkout”.  Choose “View Cart”, and then you will see your cart and the choice to put in a coupon code or a gift voucher code.  Another option would be to click on “Shopping Cart” which is located on the pink top menu bar where you will see “Home, Wish List, Account, Shopping Cart and Checkout”. 


Q. Will I be able to track my order?

A. Yes, if you give us a valid e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail message notifying you that the order has been shipped and providing you with the tracking number.


Q. Will you accept returns?

A. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns, repairs and adjustments. The item must be returned in its original conditions.  When returning an item(s), buyers are responsible for shipping fees.


Q. Can I buy your items and resale them in my store?

A. Yes, if you would like to carry our jewelry line in your retail store(s), please email us at contact@angiesheldesigns.com., or go to our "Contact Us" page.   Please see "Wholesale/Bulk" information.


Q. Will you duplicate a piece of your jewelry?

A. Although most of our designs are one-of-a-kind, we will occasionally make similar pieces or reproduce certain items that are favorites depending on the availability of the beads, gemstones pendants, etc.


Q. Do you make custom designs?

A. If you would like us to make a custom design(s) for you, someone else, or for a group of people (e.g. gifts for bridal parties, group of friends, special occasions, etc.) contact us at contact@angiesheldesigns.com or go to our "Contact Us" page and submit your request.
